The THIS THAT team wants to be totally transparent with our community about our COVID ticketing policy. THIS THAT is ready to go in February 2021 and we can’t wait to party with you all.
Covid safety protocols have been considered and adhered to in the planning of the festivals and we are working closely with all relevant authorities including NSW and QLD Health. THIS THAT is going back-to-back in 2021 and we have planned to run THIS THAT in both February and October/November next year.
So, here is how we’ll safeguard your ticket in a COVID world:
IN THE CASE OF POSTPONEMENT
If there are government restrictions in place that inhibit the event progressing in February 2021, the event will not be cancelled.
We will postpone and be ready to go later in the year – Brisbane Sat 30 Oct, Newcastle Sat 6 Nov – with venues already confirmed.
Your ticket will be transferred & valid for the Oct/Nov 2021 dates.
If you cannot make this new date, you are entitled to receive a refund, minus booking fees.
IN THE CASE OF CAPACITY REDUCTIONS DUE TO HEALTH ADVICE
We have planned the festivals based on the best advice we have at the current time. If further restrictions on event capacity are applied to the event in February 2021, we will notify you by email.
- First in best dressed – The first purchased tickets up to the allowable capacity = you’re in.
- For those that miss out, you will be notified by email and your tickets will be automatically transferred to the Oct/Nov date – or you can apply for a refund (minus booking fees)
- If we cannot deliver the full THIS THAT experience (e.g. restrictions such as enforced seating at the festival), we will move to the revised dates and all tickets will be automatically transferred.
If you cannot attend the new dates, you are entitled to a refund. Can’t wait to see you!
